The Velosah single handle hot water dispenser kit features a spring piston handle assembly with an auto-off lever, providing instant hot water for your convenience. With a 9-1/4 in. overall height and a 4-1/2 in. gooseneck spout projection, this faucet is designed to meet your needs. Remember, the quick heating water tank (QHT-1FPV) is sold separately and cannot be used for cold water usage. If using a water filter, it should be installed between the water supply and the heating tank. The solid brass faucet should be installed using a silicone seal, not plumber's putty.
